Before escalating a customer complaint, you must have previously contacted our customer service center to initiate an inquiry to resolve your case. You will not be able to escalate a customer complaint without an Avis or Budget case identification number or a Budget Truck Rental customer service situation number. Once your inquiry has been escalated, your case will be reopened by the Office of the President.
